At Ganesha Art, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our products and services. This Cancellation and Refund Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, returns, and refunds.

Digital Products (NFTs and Digital Prints)

Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds on NFTs or digital prints once they have been delivered. However, if you experience technical issues with accessing or downloading your digital product, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of purchase, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.

Physical Products (Posters)

Cancellations

• You may cancel your order for physical products before it has been shipped. To cancel, please contact our customer support team immediately with your order number.
• Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but you may return the item according to our return policy.

Returns

• If you are not satisfied with your physical product, you may return it within 7 days of receiving the item.
• The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as you received it.
• To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• The refund will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase.
• Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received an incorrect or defective item).

Exceptions

• Customized or personalized items cannot be returned or refunded unless they are defective.
• Sale items or items purchased during promotional events may have different return policies, which will be clearly stated at the time of purchase.
